It has been fifty years since CD was built in 1958.Fifty years ago,it was a street enterprise.Before 1984,it was called the industrious and thrifty chemical plant.After 1984,it was renamed the CD Chemical Plant.By 1998,it was renamed the CD Chemical Group.Over the past few decades,our development at all stages has been very difficult and unbalanced.

Since 1979,we have been dealing with "phosphorus".In 1984,we had a 3000-volt-ampere electric furnace and started to make phosphoric acid.Our old product,sulfonated coal,was gradually eliminated.In 1989,because of the better market,we created a profit of 5 million yuan with a output value of only 14 million yuan.This can be said to be the first barrel of gold for the development of CD,and it is very precious.
Everything that reaches its climax falls.In 1992,our products were unsalable and faced with loss.In order to get out of the predicament,we went to Guizhou.At that time,the biggest problem of phosphate chemical industry in Chongqing was the shortage of electricity,and the electricity in Guizhou was cheap and there was phosphate rock,so we contracted a 3000-volt-ampere electric furnace in Guizhou,and won some preferential policies during the contract period.From there,we obtained 1 million benefits in that year,and 2 million benefits in the second year,which played a key role in the profits of enterprises.
In 1997,CD was delegated to Nanan District and merged several enterprises within two or three years:in June 1997,it merged Nanan Chemical Plant,in March 1998,Dashiba Automobile Repair Plant,in August 1998,Yangtze River Chemical Plant,in October 2001,Chongqing Chemical Reagent General Plant and Dongfanghong Reagent Factory.Although these mergers and acquisitions have brought some burdens to CD,with the support of the region,these actions have added more strength and stamina to the enterprises,so in recent years,the variety of our products has increased,and the strength of the enterprises has increased.
In 2003,with the development of enterprises,we want to expand phosphate products.At the end of this year,we began to lease Sanliu Chemical Industry.In 2004,the national phosphate industry had a rare opportunity in decades.We seized the opportunity,and the output value of that year jumped to a high level,and the benefit also climbed to the highest level in history,thus creating conditions for our acquisition of Sanliu Chemical Industry in 2006.Without the profits of tens of millions of dollars in 2004,we would not be able to complete the subsequent acquisition.It is precisely because we seize the opportunity at every critical moment that we have made the enterprise to a higher level.Of course,we have also paid a lot to seize these opportunities.
Over the years,the spirit of self-reliance and hard struggle in CD is still vividly remembered.We save money one by one and use it one by one.In order to save money,we started our own products.The first time we used Sodium hexametaphosphate only cost 1.2 million yuan.In the same industry, the equipment with the same capacity was built by a third party,which cost twice as much as we did.
We want to do everything possible to develop varieties.STPP of Chongqing was first a 5000-ton plant.We have transformed and improved this plant step by step,and it has reached the capacity of nearly 20,000 tons.The sales volume of STPP in the ceramic industry also attracts the attention of the industry:the largest sales volume and the highest price.In the ceramics industry,our salesmen are experimenting with customers in tons and tons,so as to improve constantly.Where the customers say it's not good,we'll change it.Over and over the years,STPP in CD has been able to gain a foothold in the ceramic industry,and its price has risen by only a penny and two cents.
It is hard to accumulate assets.You can see that we have made progress.Although we are walking very slowly,our goal has not changed!We've been moving forward,never stopping!

Yesterday in CD left us a few precious treasures:
First wealth:more than 100 million fixed assets and more than 300 million total assets.This is a hard asset created and left behind by generations of new and old comrades.
The second wealth:our technology,external image,reputation and other soft assets.
We are a phosphate company,but at the same time we have fine chemicals,formate,not only hot process phosphoric acid but also wet process phosphoric acid.We have leading technology in the industry.Our sodium pentachloride has been rated as a national brand and won the trust of customers.Our enterprises in CD have considerable trust in banks,industries and the public.Our pentasodium,hexasodium,phosphoric acid,formic acid and reagents developed later have been recognized by customers,so this intangible asset is very valuable.
The third fortune:We have created a unique corporate culture in CD.We advocate the spirit of hard struggle,thrift,pragmatism,innovation and never being satisfied in CD.We should dare to innovate.Of course,innovation is based on seeking truth from facts.Therefore,the spirit of CD is summarized and embodied in past practice.
The guiding ideology of running a factory is summarized as follows:
Develop by variety.Our development is always working hard on varieties,expanding existing varieties according to market needs,increasing varieties and developing product trees around the foundation of phosphate.Phosphorus is used as phosphoric acid and phosphate,and then formate is derived.Formic acid,sodium formate,potassium formate and calcium formate are all the varieties we have developed.
Survival by quality.Why can we sell our STPP?And it can sell at a good price? That is the quality is too excellent!We have experienced the shortage of phosphate supply in 1998 and 2004,but more often when products are unsalable and cannot be sold.We can not realize the importance of quality when the products are selling well.We can fully realize the importance of quality when the products are not selling well.Because the first choice for customers to buy is quality.When the prices are equal,the customers will definitely buy the products with good quality.So our quality concept has been implemented in practice.Only when the quality of products is affirmed can we have a chance to survive.
Seeking benefits through management.CD's management has been recognized by many comrades in the industry.Although we have many shortcomings,the guiding ideology is clear,that is,we should do a good job of internal management and the combination of people,money and things.Why can we survive so long in the phosphate industry?Without resources and power advantages,others can't produce it for various reasons.Why can we produce it?That's because we have made comprehensive use of it.Our yellow phosphorus tail gas,phosphorus slag and mud phosphorus are fully recovered and not wasted.
We should have an idea of never being satisfied.We are engaged in technological reform every year,are on the project every year,and are ready to lose money every year.It is precisely because we have ideological preparations and measures to deal with them that we will not lose money.The idea of this sense of crisis and the idea of not satisfying the present situation is what we advocate - never satisfying!
CD also have the result-oriented theory.When we participate in market competition,we must follow its rules.The market is a result hero.The market reward is for those who have achievements,not for those who work hard.If you really work hard,you should produce the best results and performance.
The fourth fortune:A large number of talents have been trained.They are the most important wealth in CD,more important than those 300 million assets!Because today and tomorrow in CD rely on these comrades,these employees to strive to create.CD has trained a large number of all kinds of technical personnel.These personnel have learned a lot on this platform by their own efforts,and their management ability and all aspects of ability have been improved.Therefore,although we are still facing many difficulties,yesterday in CD left not only wealth,but also a large number of backbone forces that are still contributing to the development of CD.A large number of our new comrades and staff are also integrating into the big family of CD.
